We, accepts all PPO insurance plans including, but not limited to, Aetna, Cigna, Delta, Horizon, Metlife, Principal, United Healthcare, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem Dental, Assurant, Carington, Dearborn National, Empire, Guardian and United Concordia.
